Just wandering if you play regular football or not...

I am in my third year at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. I am about to start my dissertation looking into adult, amateur footballers and what injuries they get.

My research involves getting players to fill out a questionnaire. If you are playing for a team could I send you a batch when the new season starts and could you get your players to fill them in and send them back?

If you have any questions or want more information please let me know. Also the team sending back the most completed questionnaires wins a bag of training balls! Just an incentive!
