I recently dropped out of university but had already signed up for somewhere to live so we’re looking for a nice housemate who will take my place.

The rent is 200pcm and the room is available right away.

There are both 1st and 2nd years moving in who don’t all know each other so there aren’t really any groups formed and there are 3 girls and 2 boys.

10min walk from town, 20min walk from university with lots of local shops and pubs available.
