The room available is for any Bournemouth student, containing a double bed and a massive wardrobe! the room is nice and light and has a desk to work on, there are also lots of plug sockets in the room. There are two bathrooms which suit students needs perfectly, the kitchen and lounge area is also in good condition with lots of cupboard space, kitted out with the essential appliances. There is a small garden with a good patio, which is good for sitting out on and having bbq's ect. Parking is available outside the house and there is only a short walk from both Winton and Charminster highstreet.
Housemates are friendly and welcoming and not irritating when it come to loud music. There are 4 others in the house so its nice and sociable.
All bills are included in the rent.
