Dealing with both inbound and outbound customer service and renewal calls to existing customers you will be working as a team towards hitting targets. You need to be able to spot sales opportunities as a degree of cross selling is involved.

Experience from a similar background in insurance and/or customer service and also the ability to build up relationships with customers is a must.

For this role a minimum of 4 GCSE's at c or above including maths and english is essential and proof of this. Please do not apply if this is not relevant
