An experienced Care Home Manager is required by a 24 bed home in Bournemouth.

This home specialises in dementia care and experience in this field is essential.
At present the home is under-occupied and it is undergoing changes and refurbishment to increase occupancy.

Previous experience as a Care Home Manager is essential, as well as NVQ4 and also the RMA.

Starting salary at least £28,000 depending on experience, increasing after a settling in period.
