Cardio Tennis is a a new fitness programme and you do not need to be able to play tennis to take part.
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity. Taught by Chloe a certified cardio tennis coach, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio. workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
Sessions in Milford on Sea Tuesdays 11.30 - 12.30 for adults.£5 pes person per session. First Session Free.
