I am currently looking to rent out a double room within my 3 bedroom house. My name is Kyla and I am a 27 year old, dental nurse. It's a double room, in Parkstone, Poole BH12 2HQ. It is a warm and friendly place, minutes away from a main bus route, close to shops, 10 minutes drive from both Bournemouth and Poole, 15 mins max from the uni. You will be sharing with me, my partner (aged 31) and our 7 month old boxer puppy. The house has plenty of space, all mod cons are here broadband, virgin TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.

Rent will be £85 per week, inc bills, with one months deposit.
