Randstad Care are recruiting for an established Care Home Manager.
Our client operates a number of homes for people with Learning Disabilities across Dorset and is recruiting for exceptional managers to further develop the superior quality of care offered to service users.
The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate at interview a proven history of successful management experience, familiarity with the learning disability sector and a host of ideas to further enhance the care offer and service delivery within the existing framework. An RMA is a minimum requirement for the post, other qualifications and experience in addition will be a distinct advantage.
