Unique fine dining restaurant and lounge is looking for Junior Pastry Chef.

Duties will include:
To work on all aspects of pastry including plated service, mise en place, chocolate, afternoon teas, petit fours, some speciality breads and pastries
Menu development and quality control
The hotel is part of an exclusive company based on the south coast.
