Our client is seeking a good all round Administrator with excellent customer service skills to work on their Hire Desk.
You will be dealing with clients from the construction industry and working as part of a small busy team.
Your role will include -
Responding to enquiries from customers;
Providing advice and costings on best options;
Taking bookings for equipment;
Arranging carriers to collect and return stock;
Updating manual and computer systems;
Raising invoices and correspondence.
You will need previous experience within a busy manufacturing / production office environment, excellent communication and computer skills plus the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and to be able to 'think on your feet' quickly.
Based in Lymington with salary of £14,560 and free parking available.
