You do not need to be able to play tennis to take part.
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity giving an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by Chloe,a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
Sessions in Milford on Sea Tuesdays11.30 - 12.30 and Thursdays for adults.£5 per person per session.
Sessions in Merley on Saturdays for Children, £3.50 per child per session.
Max 8 per group.
Run by Chloe who is a qualified tennis coach and certified cardio tennis coach with CRB check, First aid and public liability insurance.
