I have a room available to rent in the Dean Park area of Bournemouth. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely modern.
The property is located in the quiet residential area of Dean Park, Bournemouth and is a 5 minute walk to the town centre, shops and beaches. In the other direction it is a 8 minute walk to Charminster. It is also a short walk away from Bournemouth's travel interchange which has all major bus and train links and also the Asda supermarket. The property is a 7 minute drive maximum from Bournemouth Airport.
The rent covers all bills including internet and Sky.
On a personal note I am a 27 year old (just) female mortgage broker who loves socialising but also staying in to watch movies and chilling out with friends. I enjoy shopping, travel, gyming and spectator sports, mainly football. I have lived in the Bournemouth area for 11 years and love being so close to the gorgeous beaches and sea where I try to spend as much time as possible when the weather permits.
I am a rubbish with a camera however have attempted a few pics. Please note that I have managed to make the rooms look much smaller than they really are.

The house is laid out over 4 floors.
The bottom floor has a garage, entrance hall, cupboard for coats/ shoes and modern loo. Cream carpets and cream walls with intricate crystal lighting.
The first floor has a kitchen diner with double doors leading into the lounge. The kitchen is extremely modern with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, flat screen tv and glass dining table. The lounge has a statement wall with flat screen and cream corner sofa and chair. Wooden flooring in kitchen and lounge.
Second floor has 2 en-suite bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms and a small room with wardrobes and a single bed. All neutrally and newly decorated.
Top floor has one big bedroom.
Outside there is a large garden to the front of the property and a driveway and carport to the rear.
