Sous Chef wanted for this quality establishment in Edinburgh City Centre, to help with the newly appointed Executive Chef with the smooth running of its busy kitchen.
As Sous Chef you be assisting the Chef to run all aspects of the kitchen.

Sous Chef Job Description
* Responsible for all restaurant food preparation
* Responsible for kitchen administration
* Maintain a good G.P
* To work closely with Head Chef in planning menus
* Help train and work closely with junior staff members
* Ordering, Menu Planning and Costing
* Rota control
* Control of all aspects of the Health and Safety
