We are a friendly busy evening and late night pub in bournemouth, we have a small kitchen where we used to do a lunchtime menu with our own chef from.

We are looking for some one who would be interested in renting the kitchen from us, doing their own menu, own stock control, joint promotion, but who is keen to come in and build a lunchtime trade and business for themselves within our existing pub.

All the money made on food would be yours as it would be your concern, we would just have the increased wet sales it would be in and a lively happy atmosphere during the day.
