Now there are 2 single rooms available in our international House. The house is located in the Posh area of Talbot village 1 minute walk to Bournemouth University and Bus stop. We have a lovely back garden ideal for BBQs especially in the summer time.
We are all students and professionals living very happily together and welcome our new house mates.
The house is a large Triplex with a Garden, Private parking space for each room, 3 Toilets and 2 Bathrooms.
High speed wireless broadband with unlimited downloads is also running in the house.
The house and also the kitchen are fully furnished and equipped.
The bills (Gas, electric, water, sewerage, internet) are included and you should not worry about any kind of extra payments by the end of the month.

The single rooms are £255 per month each plus £255 security deposit.
The deposit would be refunded on the day that you move out.
