I have a one bed flat in Islington close to buses, tubes, shops, good neighbours mostly disabeld people, in small block in private road owned by a housing association, very well kept private flats opposite, my rent is £97 per week, Peaches Geldof lives in the same block and Nick Mason from Pink Floyd is five doors away from me, so this will give you some level of comfort that it is in a respectable area.

My flat is four years old, so all as new really and not that far from Kings Cross, Station "but far enough away" where they are developing a massive new Shopping Centre the size of a small Town it is the biggest developement in Europe at a cost of £2.2 Billion Pounds with everything that you can possibly think of, plus the Eurostar Terminal is now working daily, you can get the plans at www.argentgroup.plc

It is also close to the City of London, Square Mile,The West End, Camden, and islington it is right in the right place for everything in London the flat is dead quiet at night time you cannot hear a thing, it is in a NO through street.

Parking with a permit and there is space at the back that you could negotiate with people for, ideal for people who have a zest for life, I am 51 and unfortunately I have Chronic Arthritis.

I would prefer to be by the seaside for the rest of my life if possible although I would consider other places so that I can get back into london fairly quickly with ease.
