Fantastic opportunity for a passionate and professional Chef De Partie to join the brigades of some of the most prestigious 4 star Hotels in the Bournemouth area.

Reporting to the Sous Chef, responsibilities of the Chef De Partie include: preparation and delivery of food to the highest standard; ensuring the high standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas at all times.

This is a role for someone who has had plenty of experience in a professional kitchen. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable together with a current hygiene certificate.
