An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Sous Chef at this music destination pub. The pub has live bands most weekends with people travelling from as far afield as Sussex to see the bands and tribute acts.

Job Description
The Chef will be responsible for the running of the the kitchen to the high standard.

Required Experience
The candidate will already be in a Sous Chef or similar role, have a stable background and be looking for their next challenge.

Salary and Benefits
The successful Chef will be offered a salary of up to 20k along with a good shift pattern. With Sunday evenings off and Monday /Tuesday
