Hi :) we are looking for a flatmate to come into a spacious 6 bedroom flat overlooking the town centre (on top of New Look etc), fab views and one of Bournemouth's most sought after locations. There are buses to anywhere just across the Square; it's 5 mins to beach, 2 min to clubs and 10 secs to shops. Can't beat it :)

Room is a DOUBLE, FULLY FURNISHED, with bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, desk and shelves. Large window looking over square and parks, fantastic when there is events on, like the upcoming Christmas market! :) It's south facing, so very light and airy.

Flat: 3 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, nice lounge with big TV and huge comfy sofas, 5 student flatmates (2 boys and 3 girls), like socialising but also do a lot of studying! Clean and tidy.

Rent: £350pm all bills inc. Deposit (refundable on end of the 8 month contract): £500. We will have WiFi in 2 weeks, but there is a cafe underneath us with free WiFi, so this is not a problem. To move in straightaway the new tenant would have to pay the deposit (£500), 2 weeks rent (£175) which will last up to Nov 21st, and £150 estate agency fees (this is the admin fee of the agency that everyone has to pay to get the contract drawn up). This is very reasonable for such a big flat in a fantastic location!
