A fun-filled dance class that is focused on building confidence and encouraging children to express themselves through movement. A range of dance choreography is taught to the children, including Street Dance, Contemporary Dance and various other culture genres; for example recently we have been exploring African and Indian styles of dance.

Each term there is a new theme, for the children to feel free to use their imagination with the support of the instructor; so far our themes have been:

* High School Musical
* Street Style Storytelling
* Land and Sea Creatures
* Easter
* Happy Memories
* Concept of Time
* Movies


The classes run on Saturdays, 10:30am-11:30am, term-time only, at Fitspace Gym, Dance Studio, The Undercroft, St Paul's Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH8 8DL (underneath Asda, opposite Bournemouth Train Station).

The first class of the Autumn Term is Saturday 19th September 2009. This term will consist of 10 classes, with there being no class on 17th October, 31st October and 14th November.

All ages between 5-15 are welcome, we will be starting a teenage specific dance class soon, watch this space!

Payment is either by cash or cheque, paid in full for the duration of the term: £40 per child *EXCLUSIVE OFFER-each child who brings along a sibling or friend will pay only £20 for the second child* (£4 per class per first child, £2 per class per second child)
