Rubicon People are looking for a competent and stand alone HR Manager for an exciting and cash rich organisation in Weymouth. This role will be challenging and fulfilling setting up the new HR function. You will be responsible for setting up personnel files for 15 employees, recruiting new employees and administering application forms to company and industry accredited standards, liaising with Consultants regarding employment law, TUPE of staff, employee relations and other operational HR issues.

The position will be starting as a temporary position but a permanent position will be offered depending on performance.

Annual salary will be £30,000 to £35,000 DOE. Temporary hourly rate £15.00 per hour.
