I am currently employed as the Health, Safety and Environment Manager for a construction company in Milton Keynes. Unfortunately the company is going to close down at the end of October 2009 and along with all of my colleagues I will be getting made redundant. My wife and I are in the process of relocating to Bournemouth because she as recently started a new position with Christchurch Borough Council . I am now seeking employment within the Dorset/Hampshire areas the field of health and safety. I am willing to work either full time or part time and I have attached a copy of my CV for your attention.

My current role involves managing the health, safety and environmental business at the Manufacturing Facility and office location in Milton Keynes and also on all of our construction sites across the UK. I am fully responsible for the management and implementation of the company health and safety policy and management systems.

My position here carries full responsibility for the Health and Safety of around 300 employees, contractors and visitors. My responsibilities cover CDM site management, the manufacturing facility and the office and estates of the company. Since I have been in my positionwe have achieved ISO 14001&9001, Lloyds Register EMEA Build Off Site Registration Certification and The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) Certification.
