Floor supervisor required for busy Italian restaurant in the Bournemouth/Poole area.
Must have lots of experiance in Italian restaurants and have good knowlege of Italian food and drink.
Duties will include taking orders, serving tables, some cleaning, bar and all aspects of restaurant service.
Personal liquor lisence preferred but not essential.
Salary totally dependant on experiance and performance on trial period.
