We require an experienced 2nd/Assistant Chef for a new restaurant opening in 2 weeks, you must have at least 3 yars experience working in a professional kitchen under presure, the job will involve assisting the head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen including preperation of starters, sweets etc, you must have your own knives and whites and your own transport would be an advantage, please reply with a copy of your current CV and salary espectations in the first instance, all replies will be treated in strict confidence and all replies will be answered.
