We are a professional, friendly and social house share just off Ashley Road in Parkstone. Our house comprises of six bedrooms, two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), a large modern living/dining room, kitchen and front and rear gardens.
We will shortly be losing one of our female housemates and would like to fill the room with another in order to maintain our 3 females/ 3 male’s ratio. The room is a medium sized double room with furniture as required. The room also has fitted wardrobes.
Rent is £340 per month with all bills (except internet £4 and cleaner £12) included.
Has washing machine, central heating downstairs cable and wifi throughout.
We are all roughly late twenties - early thirties and enjoy the occasional meal or night out together.
